Power Inverter

Power Inverter adalah sebuah alat untuk merubah tegangan dari aki menjadi tegangan listrik PLN. Power inverter berfungsi sebagai alat perubah tegangan saja sehingga power inverter membutuhkan aki sebagai penyimpan tenaga listrik DC agar bisa dirubah menjadi listrik AC/Alternating current seperti PLN. Selain itu jika aki sudah habis terpakai maka dibutuhkan charger aki untuk melakukan pengisian ulang aki yang sudah kosong atau sudah terpakai

Power Inverter memiliki 3 jenis gelombang yaitu :
1. Square Wave
2. Modified Sine Wave 
3. Pure Sine Wave 

Pure Sine Wave, Ini adalah inverter termahal dan terbaik, dikhususkan untuk beban seperti peralatan kedokteran dan peralatan yang terlalu sensitif. Harganya relatif mahal dipasaran dikarenakan memang beban peralatan listrik yang diback up menggunakan inverter pure sine wave ini juga mahal. Inverter pure sine wave ini biasanya dijual dipasaran indonesia tetapi tidak bergaransi dikarenakan kompleksitas dari komponen yang terlalu sulit dan juga peralatan untuk servis yang sangat mahal
